Effective January 1, 2025, PTI officially acquired Teknapack, a company renowned for its innovative glass packaging solutions and commitment to excellence. Interestingly, the original discussions between PTI and Teknapack began with the idea of PTI becoming a potential processing vendor for Teknapack to satisfy an ISO audit contingency plan need that was brought up during a customer audit. However, as conversations continued between us about long-term goals, we started talking about company succession. It became clear that the fit between our two organizations was more profound. PTI and Teknapack are both privately owned companies with similar business models, manufacturing processes, shared values, and a mutual dedication to innovation and customer satisfaction. This alignment made the decision for PTI to acquire Teknapack a natural and strategic next step.
